We’re growing and looking for a detail-oriented Inspection Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help homeowners keep their families safe by ensuring electrical systems are compliant, reliable, and hazard-free. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, receive hands-on training, and grow alongside a team that values excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect residential electrical systems, wiring, and components for hazards or code violations

  • Test system functionality and safety, providing clear reports and recommendations

  • Present multiple repair vs. replacement options to homeowners with transparency and care

  • Collaborate with teammates, city inspectors, and clients to ensure compliance with codes and regulations

  • Document inspections accurately in Service Titan with notes, photos, and materials

  • Stay current on industry standards, technology, and best practices

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience with clear communication and professionalism

Qualifications

What It Takes

  • 3+ years of electrical experience (residential, solar, or new construction preferred)

  • Residential or General California Journeyman Certification, C10 license OR ET card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification - required 
  • Familiarity with inspections or working alongside city inspectors

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
