Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal is seeking a Comfort Cloud Insulation Technician to join our Livermore team comprised of driven and energetic team members, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Comfort Cloud Insulation team members are an integral part of our company as they are providing home comfort for our clients by removing, sanitizing, sealing and blowing in residential insulation and radiant barrier in a safe and organized way.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Blow insulation in residential and commercial jobs
• Install in attic spaces
• Use exceptional customer service skills face-to-face with people in their homes
• Safely load/unload material onto work trucks
• Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights
• Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery
• Observe job site safety policy and procedures
• Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Safety is number one at Service Champions so you should be a safety conscious individual!
• Work with a high degree of integrity and promote positive image for our company
• Have a strong desire to grow and take your skill set to the next level
• Willing to work in confined spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
• Serve clients by analyzing and performing on work orders; gathers components, parts, and tools to complete installation
• Remove, sanitize, seal and blow in insulation
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
• Excel with a team environment, and be willing to support all areas of our business outside of just insulation as needed, including HVAC installation and maintenance, and general labor
• Maintain a clean cut image and conform to both our uniform and business casual dress environment
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

Hourly rate: $24/hr + bonus

***After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, motor veh and reference check
