Your Purpose
You are responsible for projects assigned to you and coordinating project meetings, tasks, and deliverables for your project teams to ensure a successful and on-time project completion.
What You'll Do
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform common occurrences satisfactorily under indirect supervision:
- Analyze and develop clear project plans, in collaboration with stakeholders, for delivery to project teams.
- Schedule recurring and ad-hoc project meetings with agendas. This also includes taking meeting notes and action items to share post-meeting.
- Track project tasks, action items, and due dates. Provide status update requests and reminders ahead of due dates.
- Build and administer project sheets, reports, and dashboards in the project management platform.
- Follow a RAID model for tracking projects. Risks - identify and communicate/escalate to Executive Sponsors/Stakeholders. Assumptions - document and communicate items that need to be validated within our business processes. Issues - event or problem resolution to keep project on track, and Dependencies - managing tasks that require prerequisite or concurrent actions.
- Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Associate’s degree in an applicable field AND minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar role OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years of work experience in a Lead-level role required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Experience with project management software/platforms preferred.
Salary Range: $84,617 - $101,946/annually
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
