You will ensure that these systems meet industry standards and provide exceptional customer service, supported by industry-leading technical knowledge. How You Will Do It
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service that exceeds the expectations of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
- Service devices with care, working safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage, and waste of materials.
- Efficiently manage your time to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates, and checklists as necessary.
What We Look For

- Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- A valid driving license.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. FIA)
