Responsibilities:
- Â Provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PTÂ
-  Carry out individualized treatment plans in patients’ homesÂ
- Â Document patient progress accurately and timelyÂ
- Â Communicate effectively with supervising PTs, physicians, and caregiversÂ
- Â Help patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and independenceÂ
Requirements:
- Â Active New Jersey PTA licenseÂ
-  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Â Home care experience preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Â Strong communication and time management skillsÂ
- Â Passion for patient-centered careÂ

Essex County, NJ — including Livingston, West Orange, Verona, Cedar Grove, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, and Montclair.
