The Facilities Engineer is responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives with production equipment, securing project funding through creation and submission of appropriations requests, operating an internal fabrication shop with the mechanical and sometimes electrical trades, and covering for absences among the Maintenance Process Coaches and occasionally Automation Engineers.Â
