Job Summary: The Assembly Technician will apply various technologies to test and modify manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Core Skills and Abilities:
Hand & Power Tool Proficiency
- 路 Experienced in using basic shop tools, including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, drills, and related equipment.
- 路 Comfortable operating power tools safely and accurately.
Ability to Follow Assembly Instructions & Diagrams
- 路 Reads and interprets step-by-step instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams.
- 路 Completes assemblies in the correct sequence with precision and efficiency.
Mechanical Aptitude / Hands-On Problem Solver
- 路 Naturally understands how mechanical systems function and how components fit together.
- 路 Quickly identifies and resolves assembly challenges.
Attention to Detail & Quality Focus
- 路 Notices missing parts, misaligned components, or improper fasteners.
- 路 Consistently double-checks work to ensure accuracy and quality.
Reliability & Initiative
- 路 Punctual, dependable, and able to complete assigned tasks independently.
- 路 Proactively identifies opportunities to assist and improve workflow.
Travel Expectations:
- 路 Initial role is primarily shop-based.
- 路 Opportunities for on-site assembly or support travel may arise after training.
- 路 Candidates should be open to occasional travel as part of career growth.

- 路 Strong familiarity with power tools and safe handling practices.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- 路 Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
- 路 Capable of lifting components weighing up to 50 lbs.
- 路 Comfortable working in a shop or warehouse environment.
