The Consultant, Project Implementation – HRSS plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) department. These projects may include system enhancements, process improvements, or department-wide training and communication initiatives. This role blends project management, stakeholder coordination, internal communications, training integration, and change enablement.

[SL1.1][AR1.2][SL1.3]Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with system administrators and IT partners to ensure technical readiness aligns with HRSS project timelines.
• Partner with training leads and content developers to align deliverables (e.g., guides, eLearning, workshops) with project phases.
• Liaise with department leaders and SMEs to ensure user-specific training and communication needs are addressed.
Internal Communications & Alignment[SL2.1][AR2.2]
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies tailored to HRSS initiatives.
• Serve as the primary communications liaison for HRSS, ensuring that internal messaging supports departmental priorities and user needs.
• Ensure HRSS communications are aligned with central communication efforts and support broader HR functional goals.
Training & Change Management Integration
• Manage the training rollout plan to ensure timely delivery across HRSS and related teams.
• Support change management efforts by driving awareness, engagement, and readiness.
• Ensure training and communication strategies reflect change management's best practices.
Execution & Monitoring
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into training and communication plans.
Post-Implementation Support
• Oversee project closure activities, including final documentation and publishing of training and communication resources.
• Conduct retrospectives and gather lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Measure success through training completion rates, user adoption metrics, and communication effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, internal communications, training delivery, or change management.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing or Communications teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and training platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or HR shared services environments.

Serves as a technical resource of business operational services, issue resolution & implementation of recommended actions.
Facilitates & develops processes & tools.
Provides escalated support, guidance & training to department members (remotely & on-site) to use new technologies & applications, as well as to improve knowledge of existing ones. Identify the organizational improvements needed, develop systems to implement those changes & train the appropriate staff.
Project Management:
Manages & implements small to medium-scale projects, programs & initiatives.
Develops & manages aligned production, communications, service delivery plans & workflows to ensure plans are successfully implemented & services are delivered on time, within budget & to specifications.
Conducts informational training sessions with groups of various sizes & backgrounds.
Data Management & Analysis:
Research & compile information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives.
Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision-making.
Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts
Develops & monitors data analysis & reporting systems & communication tools.
