eCommerce Database Manager
JB Tools is looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Database Manager to manage and maintain our catalog of tens of thousands of products across hundreds of suppliers. This role is responsible for keeping product data, pricing, and online listings accurate and current.
Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain product data including pricing, UPCs, SKUs, weights, dimensions, descriptions, images, and specifications.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Process supplier price changes and promotional pricing.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Perform gap analysis between supplier catalogs and products listed on our stores.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Identify and add missing or new products.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Manage discontinued products and remove/deactivate them from our systems and websites.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete product data.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Work extensively with supplier spreadsheets and large datasets.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Use Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive processes.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Help develop better processes for managing and maintaining our growing product catalog.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Collaborating with multiple departments
Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Comfortable working with large datasets containing tens of thousands of products.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Previous professional experience required.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Preferred: experience with Big Commerce and/or Google Merchant Center
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽eCommerce, product catalog, pricing, or database management experience preferred.
