Trinity Health At Home is hiring for a Full-Time Health Care Financial Analyst. Must be within 50 miles from the following Trinity Health At Home Offices:

• Watkinsville, GA

• Des Moines, IA

• South Bend, IN

• Grand Haven, MI

• Grand Rapids, MI

• Livonia, MI

• Muskegon, MI

• Columbus, OH

Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

What Will You Do:

• Consolidation and Analytical review of financial information.

• Oversees of various financial and ad-hoc reports.

• Assist in month end close, annual budget process, long-range financial plan, year-end audit, and the filling of annual cost reports.

• Coordinates and works with the Senior Analyst on maintaining statistical information.

• Provides financial and operating data and analysis in order to ensure accuracy of current business practices as well as assess future opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One to three years of related experience; preferably in a healthcare environment

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline or its equivalent as demonstrated by additional years of experience

• Must possess a strong understanding of financial information systems

• Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite 

• Analytical skills to initiate, sustain and accomplish work activities in an independent manner

• Critical Thinker: Able to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide meaningful insights to support operational decision‑making.

• Independent Worker: Demonstrates strong ownership of assignments, manages timelines effectively, and produces accurate deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Team Player: Works collaboratively with cross‑functional partners in finance, operations, and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives.

• Pay Range: $25.51-$40.82 per hour (wage based on experience, skill set, etc.)
