We are looking for a Temporary Service Technician for senior living apartments to join our team at Villa Marie, in Livonia, MI. If you are passionate about maintaining facilities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment
Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
Conduct inspection to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Assist in preparing facilities for special events and functions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in maintenance or related field - property maintenance is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
