Smoko Loco at Big Bob’s Bowling is looking for an experienced Cook to prepare high-quality food and assist with other back-of-house kitchen duties. Our Line Cooks support the kitchen team and help create a fun, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to established recipes and kitchen standards to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
- Cook and assemble menu items whilemaintainingproperportioncontrol and presentation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods whilemaintaininghigh food quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients for service including cleaning, chopping, portioning, and organizing food items.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation at all times.
- Comply withall food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assistwith cleaning, restocking, andmaintainingkitchen equipment and supplies.
- Support opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote a positiveteamculture through respect, reliability, initiative, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least1 year of related kitchen or line cook experiencepreferred.
- Food Handler Certificationrequired (or ability to obtain).
- Knowledge of basic knife skills, food safety, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Experience working in afast-paced or high-volume kitchen environmentpreferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to take direction, accept constructive feedback, and continuously improve.
- Passion for food, strong workethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift up to30 poundswhen necessary.
- Ability to work in afast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during busy service periods.
