About Bodenvy

Bodenvy is a growing aesthetics and wellness franchise organization focused on helping franchise owners build successful, sustainable businesses while delivering an exceptional client experience.

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Coach to serve as a trusted advisor, performance coach and accountability partner to our franchise owners.

This is not simply a franchise support role. The Franchise Business Coach will work directly with franchisees on a daily basis to analyze performance, identify opportunities, solve problems and help owners execute against clear financial and operational goals.

The position will also play an important role in helping new franchisees move from site selection through development, buildout, pre-opening, opening and early-stage operations.

The Role

The Franchise Business Coach will be responsible for supporting an assigned portfolio of franchise owners and locations throughout the lifecycle of their businesses.

A successful coach will be equally comfortable reviewing a P&L, analyzing sales performance, helping solve an operational or staffing problem, coordinating with marketing or other partners, supporting a new location through development, and having a constructive but direct conversation with an owner whose business is not meeting expectations.

The objective is simple:

Help our franchisees successfully open, operate, grow and build profitable businesses while consistently executing the Bodenvy operating model and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Franchisee Coaching & Business Performance

  • Serve as the primary business coach and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of franchise owners.
  • Maintain frequent, structured communication through coaching sessions, business reviews and regular interaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each franchisee's business, market, goals and performance challenges.
  • Establish measurable action plans and hold franchisees accountable for execution.
  • Identify underperforming locations early and develop performance-improvement plans.
  • Identify best practices from successful locations and help replicate them throughout the system.
  • Help franchisees improve revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
Financial, Sales & KPI Coaching

  • Review franchisee P&Ls and operational performance.
  • Coach franchisees on the key financial drivers of their businesses.
  • Monitor and analyze important KPIs, including:

    • Revenue
  •
    • Lead volume and response
  •
    • Appointment booking and show rates
  •
    • Consultation close rate
  •
    • Average transaction value
  •
    • Sales productivity
  •
    • Cost of goods
  •
    • Labor expense
  •
    • Marketing effectiveness
  •
    • Customer experience
  •
    • Profitability
  •
  • Translate data into specific actions that improve performance.
  • Coach franchisees and their teams on lead management, sales execution, follow-up and conversion.
  • Help franchisees establish annual, quarterly and monthly business goals.
Marketing & Local Business Development

  • Work with franchise owners and the marketing team to evaluate marketing and lead performance.
  • Help franchisees understand lead quality, conversion and marketing ROI.
  • Support execution of approved marketing programs.
  • Coach franchisees on community marketing, referral development, partnerships and other local business-development opportunities.
  • Help identify whether performance gaps originate from marketing, sales or operational execution.
New Location Development & Opening Support

An important part of this position will be helping new franchisees move successfully from territory award through site selection, development, buildout, pre-opening, opening and stabilization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support franchisees through the site-selection process in coordination with approved real estate partners.
  • Help evaluate prospective locations from an operational and business perspective.
  • Coordinate communication among franchisees, Bodenvy and outside real estate, construction and development partners.
  • Help facilitate the process from lease execution through design, permitting, construction and buildout.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones and dependencies and help identify issues that could delay openings.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, construction-management partners, equipment providers, technology vendors and other partners as appropriate.
  • Support franchisees through pre-opening activities including staffing, training, marketing, technology, vendors, equipment and operational readiness.
  • Maintain visibility into pre-opening milestones and help ensure franchisees are prepared to open.
  • Provide increased coaching and support during the first several months after opening.
  • Monitor early performance and help new locations establish strong operating, sales and management disciplines.
The Franchise Business Coach is not expected to serve as a general contractor or construction manager but should be comfortable facilitating the overall opening process and helping keep franchisees and partners accountable to established timelines.

Operational Excellence & Franchisee Accountability

  • Coach franchisees on implementing Bodenvy operating systems, standards and best practices.
  • Help improve staffing, scheduling, productivity and location management.
  • Reinforce proper use of company systems, technology, SOPs and reporting tools.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and work with franchisees and internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Establish clear expectations, action items and deadlines.
  • Follow up consistently on commitments and address missed expectations.
  • Escalate significant performance, development or compliance concerns when appropriate.
Because franchisees are independent business owners, the successful candidate must be highly effective at influencing without direct authority and balancing strong franchisee relationships with appropriate accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The Franchise Business Coach will work closely with internal team members and outside partners across areas including:

  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Training
  • Finance
  • Technology
  • Franchise development
  • Real estate
  • Construction
  • Vendors and suppliers
The role will frequently serve as a connection point between franchisees and these resources, helping establish ownership, coordinate next steps and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

Field Visits & Travel

  • Periodically visit franchise locations for coaching, operational assessments and performance improvement.
  • Visit developing locations when appropriate.
  • Participate in new-location openings and company events.
  • Conduct structured business reviews and document resulting action plans.
Periodic travel will be required based on the needs and growth of the franchise system.

What Success Looks Like

Success will be measured by the performance and development of the franchisees and locations supported, including:

  • Revenue and same-store sales growth
  • Sales conversion and average transaction value
  • Location profitability
  • Labor and cost management
  • Marketing and lead-conversion performance

  • Experience coaching or influencing business owners, managers or senior operators.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
