Job Description:Â
FBS Appliance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented person to fill the role of Inventory Clerk at our warehouse. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining records of all product returns (reverse logistics), verifying documents on incoming trucks, and generating daily reports. You will be expected to work as part of a team to ensure that all goods are received correctly, inspect for damage, and assist the warehouse team in maintaining an accurate, safe, and orderly environment.
- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately record and maintain inventory information regarding damaged product
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Report discrepancies or shortages to management and or representatives
- Participate in warehouse organization and cleaning activities
- Assist in the resolution of inventory-related issues
- Audit receipt paperwork against system receipt to ensure accuracy of item, quantity and serial
- Scan staged product for next day's outbound shipment(s)
- Assist with unloading of trucks when needed
Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 an hour
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Computer literacy – MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Previous warehouse or reverse logistics experience is preferred
