Westlake Dermatology is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-focused leader to serve as Office Manager for our office in Lockhart. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting providers and staff, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who leads by example, fosters accountability, and maintains our high standards of service and clinical excellence.

Position Summary

The Office Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and team performance. This role partners closely with providers and leadership to drive patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow efficiency

  • Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative team members

  • Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance accountability

  • Support onboarding and training of new hires

  • Maintain high standards for patient experience and service excellence

  • Monitor clinic KPIs, productivity, and operational metrics

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Partner with providers to support clinic flow and operational needs

  • Address and resolve patient or staff concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications

  • Current employee in good standing

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
