Principal Responsibilities:
- Embrace and monitor key performance indicators and metrics driving accountability for crew utilization, travel, performance metrics, retention, and other key metrics.
- Responsible for crew dispatch and travel ensuring vessels are effectively staffed.
- Keep abreast of relevant maritime rules and regulations pertaining to licenses, STCW requirements, updated revisions and all training requirements.
- Guiding crew performance management and employee coaching and corrective action for vessel employees.
- Responsible for crew travel budget, driving continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop crew to improve their skills and support their professional growth.Â
- Responsible for maintaining and auditing crew training documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientation for vessel employees.
- Perform on-call rotation ensuring coverage over holidays and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience in maritime crew management preferred. Â
- Associate Degree in Management or related field preferred.
- Data analysis and metrics competencies with ability to interpret, apply, and adapt to findings.
- Highly adaptive to changes in process due to improvements in technology.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team building skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
