Position Summary:

A Penske Facility Maintenance Technician will work in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 34% to 95%. Perform all maintenance and preventative maintenance on a variety of media to include but not limited to: Mobile equipment, plumbing, electrical, dock doors, levelers and related dock equipment, concrete floor repair, painting, carpentry, rack repair and all related facilities maintenance.

•1st Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00am - 1:00pm

Pay Rate

•$33.00 per hour

Major Responsibilities:Ā 

•Complete daily equipment rounds and make repairs as required.Ā 

•Performs repairs on plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Contacts vendors as necessary.Ā 

•Participate in Safety Committee meetings, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.Ā 

•Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.Ā 

•Support operations department by providing suggestions and developing solutions as needed.Ā 

•Be a point of contact during off shift hours for facilities issues.
