WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
The Installation Manager oversees all installation operations across the West Coast, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a hands-on leader, they guide installation teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.
YOUR DAILY
- Lead installation projects at client sites from start to finish.
- Manage installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and sales teams on project scope and schedules.
- Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Conduct site visits and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Train and support team members while serving as the primary client contact.
- Provide regular project updates to management on status and performance.

YOU BRING WITH YOU
o  3 to 5 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
o  Bilingual (English and Spanish)
o  Strong knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment.
o  Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
o  Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
o  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
o  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
o  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
o  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management software.
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
