As an Engineering Manager you’ll lead a team to complete projects of varying complexity from start to finish. Your strong communication skills will inspire and drive the team to overcome challenges and achieve results. You'll collaborate closely with product management, business development, HR, and engineering peers to shape project strategies and develop talent. By blending strategic insight with technical expertise, you'll enhance team performance and contribute to the company’s financial success.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Project Success
    • Lead department initiatives to design new products, refine existing designs, and improve processes.
    • Oversee critical projects, applying expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, standards, and policies.
  • Optimize Group Performance
    • Monitor and report key performance metrics.
    • Identify and act on opportunities to elevate results.
  • Employee Experience & Development
    • Champion initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and engagement.
    • Direct recruitment, hiring, development, performance management, and compensation decisions.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of engineering experience; 2+ managing a team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills from individual contributor to director level audiences. Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
  • Preferred Skills: Understanding of product development process, injection molding, and plastic part design.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $155,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
