Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, pallet building, and general facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations through accurate inventory handling, safe equipment use, and efficient order processing.

A valid Class C Driver’s License is required, as this position includes occasional part-time driving duties to cover employee absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and scan incoming packages and materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, build, and wrap pallets for outgoing shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jack and forklift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse, office, and building maintenance as needed.
• Support shipping documentation and inventory control processes.
• Serve as a part-time driver when needed to cover absences and deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Class C Driver’s License is required (must be valid and in good standing).
• Clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack (certification a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
