Entry Level-Accounts Payable

About the Role:

The Entry Level Accounts Payable position will be performing data entry and clerical work using excel and bill.com to process and pay invoices. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices using bill.com. 
• Will use excel for other data-entry tasks.
• Other clerical duties such as fielding phone calls from vendors, etc.

Skills:

The required skills such as attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bill.com are essential for accurately processing invoices.

Training will be provided in these programs.
