About the Role:
You’ll be the on-site leader, owning every step of the building process. From breaking ground to final walkthrough, you will train, coordinate trades, enforce scope, protect schedules, and maintain our Quality, Complete, Clean standards. You will inspect details, prevent problems, and ensure every home reflects the standard our name represents.
You will work closely with trade partners, suppliers, inspectors, and team members to keep projects moving forward while protecting quality and the homeowner experience.
Do You Have What It Takes?
• 0-5 years of Field supervision experience in residential homes, townhomes, or multifamily construction.
• Framing experience preferred
• Takes ownership of the jobsite and holds trades accountable to the plan.
• A champion of safe, clean, well-organized job sites.
• An expert in reading plans and ensuring efficient use of materials.
• Strong communicator who works effectively with trades, inspectors, suppliers, and clients.
• A leader who embodies the values of humility, integrity, caring, quality, and simplicity.
