This position leads the recruiting process from job description through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers, while developing and maintaining consistent, compliant hiring processes for internal and external candidates. Duties & Responsibilities Write and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions for open positions Post open roles and manage requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS) Source and screen candidates through the ATS and other recruiting channels Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Guide candidates through the interview process and communicate updates in a timely manner Extend offers and manage the offer process in coordination with hiring managers Develop and maintain consistent, compliant hiring processes for internal and external candidates Assist with benefits administration Create and maintain employee folders, ensuring documents are organized and up to date Act as a back-up for onboarding responsibilities as needed Help build structured training systems and documentation Required Skills Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers across departments Strong organizational and coordination skills, particularly for scheduling and managing multiple open roles at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Understanding of employment law and HR compliance best practices Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, recruiting, or similar role preferred Spanish speaking is a plus Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms preferred HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) a plus * This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-encompassing and may be subject to change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
