Maintenance Technician (Graveyard Shift)

Maintenance Technician
Join our team and help keep our operations running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, preventing downtime, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment issues.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate repair needs, updates, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, mechanical repair, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• General plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Graveyard Shift Schedule: 11:00 pm to 8:30 am (Mandatory Rotating weekends)
