New Construction Specialist

Wage: $19.40 plus tier based pay. 

Shift: Full Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: In office Logan UT

New Construction Conversion Specialists assist with the conversion process of newly constructed properties as they transition from the construction company to the owners. You are responsible to collaborate with clients and account managers to acquire necessary information. You also work with utility providers to schedule utility transfers and resolve disconnected utilities. Come be part of a team dedicated to developing leaders and genuine client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from clients and account managers 
• Contact utility providers to gather bill information and schedule utility transfers
• Inputting account information into the Conservice database
• Report conversion progress to leadership
• Resolve disconnected utilities
