Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control in Gilbert, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure and welcoming environment. Pre-Employment Requirement:

• Valid Driver's License with a least 1 year of driving experience

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location while carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document access activity in accordance with location protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, production areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Assist with monitoring deliveries, vendor arrivals, and employee/visitor movement to help support security-related operations within an industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
