As a Youth Advocate, you'll play a vital role in helping children and their families heal, grow, and thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Parents: Work closely with parents to align youth goals with family goals, creating cohesive and supportive experiences.
  • Lead Fun & Impactful Groups: Organize engaging lesson plans and activities for children's groups, ensuring learning is fun and meaningful.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, childhood development, or a related field is preferred-but passion and experience matter most!
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children in social services, education, or crisis settings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • A commitment to CAPSA's mission, vision, and philosophy of empowerment.

Why Join CAPSA?

  • Be Part of a Bigger Purpose: Your work will directly support survivors and their families on their journey to safety and healing.
  • Professional Growth: Access training opportunities to expand your skills in trauma-informed care and advocacy.
  • Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same, and your contributions will have a lasting impact on children, youth, and families.

This full-time role offers flexible hours, including evening shifts to accommodate group sessions. If you're ready to join a caring, driven team working to change lives, we want to hear from you!
