Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 or more years of restaurant management experience
- Control day-to-day operations in a team environment
- Maintain inventory and prepare food orders
- Follow cash control/security procedures
- Manage labor
- Recruit, Interview, and Hire to develop a team
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
