Join the Pest USA Team - Termite Technician (Bait Monitoring)

Pest USA is a family-owned and operated pest and termite control company that has been serving customers with integrity and care since 1971. With a strong commitment to customer service and a focus on expanding into new territories, we take pride in doing the job right the first time. Our work demands attention to detail, and we expect our team to maintain the highest standards in every task they perform.

We are currently seeking a Termite Technician specializing in bait monitoring. In this role, you will be responsible for building and installing termite bait stations, conducting thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas, including attics and crawlspaces, and ensuring accurate, effective treatments are delivered with outstanding customer service. You'll need to communicate professionally with both customers and team members, adhere to daily schedules, and respond to callback services as assigned. Flexibility is key - this position requires the ability to work outdoors year-round and adapt to changing schedules, including some evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates should be comfortable working independently and have a strong work ethic. While previous experience in the pest or termite control industry is preferred, we are happy to train individuals who are motivated, confident in their abilities, and eager to learn. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass state licensing exams, along with a drug screen, background check, and driving record review.

Physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand, and bend frequently, as well as the capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pest USA offers competitive compensation along with opportunities for sales incentives. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, supplemental benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match. We're proud to provide the tools, training, and support needed for our team to grow and succeed.

If you're looking for a career where you can make a difference, be appreciated, and be part of a growing company that values your hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
