Job Summary:
A process improvement engineer intern is needed for a leading industrial manufacturing organization in Loganville. The process improvement engineer intern will support and focus on analyzing and optimizing business processes and implementing solutions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will support process improvement project initiatives.

Qualifications / Education:
A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Candidates should have experience communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Competencies:
- Experience with Lean tools such as 5S and waste
- Experience in process mapping such as flowcharts and value stream mapping
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement
- Collect and interpret data to identify trends, measure project impact, and present findings to leadership
