  • The position is for a Work Program/Student Assistant Computer System Engineer at the World-Pak Division, WPJK division, IT Team.

  • Experience with database management (SQL) and network administration is preferred, along with a basic understanding of PLC control and electronic circuits.
  • The role involves coding for new projects, maintaining existing systems, providing daily IT support, and working on HMI and PLC upgrades.
  • This position offers a salary of $15 per hour and requires students to have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

TITLE:   Work Program/Student , Assistant Computer System Engineer

 

Reports To:  WPJK division Office,   IT Team leader

 

Department:      World-Pak Division, WPJK division , IT Team

 

 

Skills and Prerequisites:

 

Currently enrolled student pursuing in Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering. Or other majors with strong coding/computer skills.

Proficiency in one or more object oriented programming languages like C, C++, C# , Java , Python or VB.net (Windows and/or Linux) is a must.

Experiences or Familiar with Database(SQL) & Network administration and PC Hardware/software  is preferred.

Basic understanding of PLC control, automation control,   electronic circuits is a plus.

Proficiency with software/hardware integration including calibration, debug and electrical wiring skills

Ability to work independently or on a team in fast paced work environment.

Effective research and analysis skills.

Passion for learning while working as a team player

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coding in new projects and debug/maintain for  existing systems

Revise / update  document. ( manual, troubleshooting procedures, programs etc.) .

Daily IT support (Software & Hardware), including Network, PC, Server, OS, SW etc.

HMI (Human Machine Interface),PC / PLC coding & upgrade.
