What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help support our customers and the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Responsibilities may include:
- Answering phones and assisting Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers.
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional support.
- Responding to basic customer questions and directing more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Assisting with routine insurance office and administrative tasks.
- Helping customers with documents, forms, and basic service requests.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with customer follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
- Supporting the agency team with daily office needs.
- Learning about insurance products, agency procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Providing a positive experience to every customer who interacts with the agency.
