Job Summary
We are looking for an Parts Manager to join the team at our busy parts center. 

As the Parts manager you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing service technicians to tracking inventory. You will use your negotiation skills to secure the best prices on inventory and ensure a consistent balance between supply and demand. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of parts. Oversee and manage employees of the parts department. Handle customer inquiries for parts, ship out parts to customers.  
 
Responsibilities 
  • Greet customers when they arrive at the store 
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
  • Answer customer questions about new and used cars, vehicle specifications, and the loan application process
  • Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive sales
  • Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Prior sales experience in a parts store is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
