In a supportive and collaborative environment, our clinicians empower kids, teens, and parents to communicate effectively, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s emotional challenges through individualized, evidence-based practices.  Perks & Benefits:  Competitive Hourly Rates: $55–$68 per hour, based on skills and experience Access Benefits: including Medical, Dental, and Vision, based on eligibility 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays Fun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership  What You’ll Do: Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team members QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois Prior experience working with children and families  What Makes You a Great Fit: You are passionate for supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges You adapt your communication style to each child’s developmental level, including using nonverbal strategies when needed, to ensure children feel understood and supported You bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to tailor interventions to each child’s unique needs You are committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family-centered therapy experience  Work Schedule: 3 - 7 pm Mondays through Friday, Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm (Optional)
