RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Â
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Â
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish RequiredÂ
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
