This skilled nursing facility in Lompoc is looking for an SLP to join their rehab team. You’ll work closely with patients on communication and swallowing goals while being part of a team that values consistency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech therapy services focused on communication and swallowing
• Build individualized treatment plans that support patient progress
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Create a positive and engaging patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed SLP in California
• SNF or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• A dependable, team-oriented mindset
