Responsibilities
ā¢ Greeting all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service
ā¢ Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required
ā¢ Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services
ā¢ Preparing and providing TripTikĀ® travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials
ā¢ Issue passport photos
ā¢ Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer
ā¢ Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information Qualifications
ā¢ Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment ā¢ Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
ā¢ Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Office basics
ā¢ Must be available to work Monday through Friday during office hours, and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements.
ā¢ Ability to travel locally when necessary
ā¢ A high school diploma or GED
ā¢ For offices that offer notary services, Notary Public must be obtained within 1 Year
The starting pay range for this position is $22.00-$23.00 per hour.Ā Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
