Electronics Assembly Supervisor - Second Shift


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electronics Assembly Supervisor to lead and oversee our team in the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Electro-Mechanical Assembly areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees in the PCBA and Electro-Mechanical Assembly departments

- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards

- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to optimize performance

- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements

- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues

- Maintain accurate production records and report on team performance


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in PCB and electro-mechanical assembly

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and quality standards

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
