At The Goddard School of Littleton, we're looking for a warm, dependable, and loving Infant Teacher to join our team. We believe our teachers are the heart of our school and are committed to providing the support, resources, and appreciation you deserve.
What We Offer
- Â No nights, weekends, or major holidays
- Full-time schedule:
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM OR
- 7:00 AM-6:00PM 4 DAYS/WEEK

What You'll Do
As an Infant Teacher, you'll help create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where babies can learn, grow, and feel secure.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive, responsive care to infants throughout the day
- Supporting feeding, diapering, napping, and daily routines
- Encouraging developmental milestones through play and interaction
- Creating meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicating daily with parents about their child's progress and experiences
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
- $20-$24/hour based on education and experience
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a genuine love for infants and early childhood education
- Is reliable, patient, and nurturing
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Communicates effectively with families and coworkers
- Creates positive and engaging experiences for children every day
- Meets Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Infant and toddler classroom experience
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework
- Experience in a licensed childcare center
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
