About the Role:
Semm Kipling LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO! Responsibilities:
- Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records using tracking systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages
- Assist with stocking, labeling, and organizing warehouse or storage areas
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper stock levels
- Support shipping and receiving processes as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to operate inventory management software or willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving stock
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers or handheld scanners
