What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care
• Demonstrated yearly production history of $900k+ or track record of strong production based on patient based flow
• Strong leadership skills to grow both practice and culture
