Location: Antioch, CA | Lone Tree Post Acute

Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Pay: Starting at $48+/hour (DOE)

Your Impact

As a COTA, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to help residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality treatment according to physician-approved plans.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team and train Restorative Aides to ensure continuity of care.

  • Empowerment: Educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs to ensure successful discharges.

  • Documentation: Maintain precise, timely records in compliance with OT Board standards.

  • Advocacy: Play an active role in discharge planning and transition care.
