Checking interior and exterior buildings for any structural integrity issues.

Checking for Glass breakage.

Checking for damage to doors and enclosures.

Checking for safety issues in the PPOA common grounds and fence line.

Appropriate signage.

Repairs as needed.
- Handle basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Keep the grounds in a clean and attractive manner.
- Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping and grounds daily.
- Cleans sidewalks and disposes of debris and trash properly.
- Assist other staff with larger maintenance repairs or projects

Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks such as gathering information for RFP’s from concept to completion.

Fill in for the supervisor and direct reports.

Responsible for all aspects of Building and Ground Maintenance and upkeep.

Compensation:
$21.00/hour; direct experience highly considered.
Schedule:
Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Knowledge of equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers, and trimmers, and be familiar with a variety of gardening tools to be used for different purposes.
- They must also be reliable and physically fit, as their job can be quite labor-intensive.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instruction
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- This position may be required to fill in for a building maintenance technician, including occasional high ladder work.
- Pond maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Certified Pool Operator required, along with a current valid driver’s license.
