We are seeking an exceptionally bright, well-organized, and self-motivated individual to support our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail and possesses great organization and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to complete complex tasks quickly. The ideal candidate will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and be eager to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills. The candidate will also possess a high level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information, and professionalism is critical. This role is available for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operation of the firm including receptionist and administrative duties, including maintaining clean and secure reception areas, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, and managing office supplies
- Check and scan daily mail and distribute to necessary employees
- Organize paper files and mail Original Letters Patents and Certificates of Registration to clients via USPS or FedEx
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-site/off-site, team social events, etc.)
- Manage/maintain firm MCLE renewal and records
- Collaborate with other assistant teams on various projects as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with Firm monthly newsletter
- Manage and update the Firm website
- Maintain Firm organization charts and employee directory
Skills and Characteristics
- Experience with Outlook and Excel are preferred, but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
