Essential Job ResponsibilitiesĀ 

Conduct face-to-face presentationsĀ inĀ ourĀ state-of-the-artĀ sales centersĀ locatedĀ at one of our award-winning resorts. Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure. Generate sales through initializing transactions andĀ utilizingĀ proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.Ā AttendĀ ongoing, advanced sales and career training.   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ā 

  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentationĀ in accordance withĀ all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements whileĀ maintainingĀ minimum performance goals (80% time)Ā 

  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly,Ā monthlyĀ and annually. (20%)Ā 

Travel RequirementsĀ 

No travelĀ requiredĀ outside of the homeĀ site’sĀ area.Ā 

MinimumĀ Requirements and QualificationsĀ 

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, notĀ required. MustĀ maintainĀ production standards. Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.Ā 

EducationĀ 

  • HighĀ School Diploma or equivalent isĀ required.Ā 

Training requirementsĀ Ā 

  • Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.Ā 

Knowledge and skillsĀ Ā 

  • Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic,Ā outgoingĀ and tenacious.Ā 

Technical SkillsĀ 

  • General smart device skills.Ā 

Job experienceĀ Ā 

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, notĀ required.Ā 

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.Ā

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $17.13 per hour), plus incentives ranging from 2.0% to 14.5% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
