Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a dependable Dry Ice Plant Operator to join our team at our production facility. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, shipping and receiving, and maintaining plant equipment.

• Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level

• Pay range: $19.45 - $28.52 hourly (depending on experience)

What you will be doing (1st shift):

• Safely operates forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport product
• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues promptly with a mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift, rotate, and lower 60 lbs. consistently throughout the workday
• Interact professionally with shipping companies, customers, safety, customer service, and branch management
• Communicate effectively and ability to act with a sense of urgency when necessary
• Follows Linde safety procedures and encourages others to do the same
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• You will maintain a clean work environment by keeping the area organized
• Other duties as assigned

What makes you great:

• High school diploma or G.E.D required
• 3+ years of general manufacturing or warehousing experience
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands
