Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, including the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional admin work you’ll act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and helping leadership stay focused and effective.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and scheduling (business & personal)Â
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersÂ
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and communicationsÂ
- Lead coordination of executive meetings and follow-upsÂ
- Support strategic projects and company initiativesÂ
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretionÂ
- Streamline processes to improve executive efficiency Â
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting executives (C-level preferred)Â
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsÂ
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needsÂ
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesÂ
- High level of discretion and professionalismÂ
Nice to Have:
- Experience in property management or real estateÂ
