POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support position will provide back-up support to the IT Department. Â
RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex problems and collaborate with teams for resolution.
- Install, configure, and update software/hardware.
- Maintain accurate help desk records.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of technical help desk/support experience.
- Strong knowledge of desktop systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of network protocols.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) a plus.
- Ability to work Monday-FridayÂ
