We are a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with rehabilitation services located in Long Beach. We are currently looking for an LVN who are excited to be a part of a culture that celebrates a supportive environment! 

Openings: (All Full-Time shifts are on a 4 on 2 off rotation schedule)

Pay Range: 

  • $32-34/hour 

Position Overview: 

The LVN is responsible for assisting RN’s in conducting the day-to-day functions in accordance with each resident’s care plan. 

 

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings to RNs or physicians

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice

  • Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical interventions as needed

  • Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

  • Support infection control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures

  • Provide emotional support to residents and families, promoting resident dignity and rights

  • Participate in shift reports, care planning, and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Active LVN License in CA 

  • CPR/BLS

  • Strong clinical judgement, teamwork, and communication skills
