YOUR MISSIONÂ
The Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of their True Anomaly site - keeping the office running smoothly, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring employees have everything they need to do their best work. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong judgment, vendor management experience, and the ability to operate independently while staying tightly coordinated with Facilities leadership.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Office OperationsÂ
- Own day-to-day office operations at your site — the space is clean, stocked, organized, and functional at all timesÂ
- Manage office ordering and inventory including, supplies, snacks, beverages, equipment, and general office goodsÂ
- Oversee desk assignments, seating logistics, and workspace organization, in partnership with people teamÂ
- Support hybrid and remote workplace logistics as neededÂ
- Anticipate operational needs and solve problems before they surface to employees or leadershipÂ
Vendor ManagementÂ
- Own and manage vendor relationships for your site: cleaning services, food and beverage, maintenance, equipment, and other office service providersÂ
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements in partnership with Facilities leadershipÂ
- Hold vendors accountable to service standards and escalate when neededÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance or reduce costsÂ

Facilities CoordinationÂ
- Serve as the on-site operational liaison for facilities — safety, cleanliness, repairs, and space efficiencyÂ
- Coordinate office moves, reconfigurations, and space updates including furniture and interior changesÂ
- Partner with the Facilities team on space planning and site-level projectsÂ
- Manage and track facilities-related issues and escalations through to resolutionÂ
Onboarding & Visitor LogisticsÂ
- Manage desk inventory, ordering, and assignment including new hire desk setup and readinessÂ
- Serve as the on-site contact for visiting employees and guestsÂ
- Partner with the People team on space and desk logistics to support day-one readinessÂ
Cross-Functional PartnershipÂ
- Partner with IT, Facilities, and People teams to keep site operations aligned with broader organizational needsÂ
- Partner with People team to help execute employee events, on/offsites, wellness initiatives, etc.Â
- Communicate office updates, operational changes, and logistics clearly to employees and leadershipÂ
- Serve as a backup to the executive operations team when neededÂ
RequirementsÂ
- 5+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a related operations roleÂ
- Proven vendor management experience including contract oversight and vendor accountabilityÂ
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughÂ
- Comfortable operating independently and making sound judgment calls without constant escalationÂ
- Clear, professional communicator with employees and senior leadership alikeÂ
- Ability to travel occasionally between True Anomaly sites (up to 10%)Â
- You have a passion for workflows, efficiency, and consistency, paired with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyÂ
- You have a proactive problem-solving mindset, anticipating challenges and addressing potential risks before they escalateÂ
- You have proven experience in building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and resultsÂ
- You have excellent communication skills; spoken and writtenÂ
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- You have demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Â
COMPENSATION:Â
- Base Salary:Â CAÂ $85,000 - $105,000Â Â
- Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveÂ
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.Â

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Work Location: Onsite 5-days; this role will be based out of our Long Beach office.Â
- Travel: Occasional travel to Colorado.Â
- Work environment is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory.Â
- Physical demands may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs.Â
